retours gaan slecht

retours gaan slecht, geen antwoord nummer, ook al betaald de klant 300 euro voor zijn pakket, terug sturen kost je flink geld. slechte service, en zo moeilijk is het niet om een antwoord nummer aan te vragen!!!!!!
