Awful experience
Ordered a cryo machine after having surgery for a very bad fall. I'm a full time carer to an autistic teen and do not have any support so when I got the email regarding delivery, I gave them instructions on where to leave the item so it was safe till I returned home. I couldn't find the parcel, the photo from the delivery is in the alley way at the side of my home near my back gate, but the instructions were to put the item over the gate on to the bins where it's out of view. They didn't follow these instructions and from what I'm told by Cliona at Medical Supplies is that it was left there which is ridiculous. She said she would raise an investigation with dhl only to be told today sorry because I opted for a no sign delivery they will not open an investigation, so I paid nearly £180 for an item I do not have and cannot get a resolve or refund. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted that's alot of money to a single parent I'm so upset in an already stressful situation
