I have been actively pursuing undergraduate admission for the past two months. To facilitate credit transfer, I completed a WES evaluation. However, I encountered significant delays due to inaccurate information provided by my admissions counselor, Jennifer Plourde. She did not clarify the necessary steps for evaluation and now, two months later, I am being unexpectedly required to submit English proficiency test scores. This is particularly frustrating as other universities have accepted my transcripts without such additional requirements. I am disappointed with Jennifer's approach, as her lack of guidance has hindered my progress and caused unnecessary stress
