Bad experience with my first time order…
I placed an order that was out of stock and instead of notifying and refunding me, my order was received and left unfulfilled. 8 days after placing the order I called and spoke to a representative named Gloria. Gloria investigated the situation and called me back with an explanation and an apology. She told me the product I ordered was out of stock and what should have happened is that I should have been notified, the order cancelled and my money refunded. She proceeded to cancel the order and put a rush on the refund. She also put $25 on my account to use for future orders. Gloria was phenomenal and excellent at customer relations. I give her five stars. The company I rate with one star because of my experience with the order. I do not feel that I can trust future orders will be handled appropriately and therefore doubt I will order from Kuru again.
