Good for plumbing calls but suburban coverage is thin

The live availability map is genuinely useful — I can see at a glance whether my zip code is green, yellow, or red before I commit my morning. Problem is, out in the western suburbs where I pick up overflow work, it's almost always red or empty. I've had weeks where I drove 25 minutes to a slot that evaporated because another tech got there first. Capacity locking needs to be faster in low-density markets. That said, the e-signed service records are the best documentation system I've used on any platform.
