Was good to start but then wasn't...
Was good to start. Customer service was helpful on a few issues with wrong orders sent. Then went downhill massively. They asked what I wanted to do when a bugs purchase was wrong..then ignored response. Then had another issue with another order of bugs and asked for pictures to show missing items.... how is that even possible apart from showing a picture of NOTHING! Then ignored request to cancel subscription so did myself. I've now found another cheaper company to use. I would have given 1 dtar but they were helpful in past, just not anymore when have genuine issues.
