Excellent from beginning to end
Excellent from beginning to end. Online booking very easy. I was kept fully informed both at the time of the booking and on the day with helpful emails/texts. Driver was charming and courteous. He arrived five minutes early in a spotless and superior car and offered me a choice of still or sparkling water. He drove very safely and chatted when I wanted to and was silent when I didn't. As a single woman I felt very safe with him and had confidence in him as a fellow professional. Very satisfied indeed.
