I was looking for the best bank for our future mortgage, as I am selling the investment apartment. And I just made a call, which was horrific. The first person did not even try to listen; she spoke to me with such disrespect! While I was trying to explain the situation, she interrupted me and put me on hold. She cannot even answer how long it will take to open the account, even approximately. Then I tried to explain again that she misunderstood what I was saying, and he interrupted me abruptly and basically told me to basically shut up and LISTEN TO HER NOW. (You can listen to what exactly she said. I hope the calls are being recorded). I told her I do not appreciate her tone, and that I would like to speak to the manager. Then, some other lady spoke to me, whose name started with V , but she was not a manager. She was even more rude and asked me WHAT DO YOU WANT !!! I was shocked. Those 2 ladies were both taking, I could hear the first lady on the background and some remarks. Then she said she would not transfer me to a manager and that it would be better for me to find another bank. Crazy! The call was at 10.23 am just now. How is it even possible to talk to any human being with such disrespect? She just embarrassed me and hung up on me. I am literally crying because it's already a stressful situation.
