The Worst Customer Service

By far the worst online customer representative I have dealt with. Most of the time, when you try to connect to a sales representative, it automatically hangs up (after having you go through all the bs questions in the beginning). After about 4 times of trying to reach a representative, I got connected with the most incompetent worker. None of the workers knows what’s going on and their site will randomly cancel your orders for no reason stated. Good luck trying to find out why since the number they provide you doesn’t do anything.
