Awful in every single aspect.
Terrible. They raise and hike rates without letting you know / in a terrible and sneaky way. Their customer service is literally painful, unless of course you're trying to add new or additional services. (AKA - give them more $) They frequently make mistakes in billing, and other things. They have also "dropped calls" and hung up on me numerous times while calling to cancel / downgrade services which I find completely unprofessional and should be (if it isn't already) illegal. Be prepared for the constant headaches and continual NIGHTMARE of dealing with Time Warner Cable if you decide to pay for their services. *** (They're in the process / recently sold the company to a new one called SPECTRUM. Since the "switchover" to Spectrum, I've dealt with TWC/Spectrum and the customer service, and price hikes, and increased have only gotten worse. )*** We finally reached our breaking point with TWC/Spectrum, and have switched to Frontier. Their customer service (THUS FAR) has been nothing but OUTSTANDING AND PHENOMINAL, Prices are lower, and guaranteed for THREE YEARS. We have been nothing but happy since LEAVING TIME WARNER CABLE / SPECTRUM. THEY'RE THE WORST!!!
