I tried to renew my policy on line
I tried to renew my policy on line. All was going fine until I tried to make the payment. For some reason the payment was not accepted by the payee. I talked by telephone to a representative at the insurance company who manually recorded the transaction. She told me to check back in a few days to see if I could download the policy, which meant the transaction had been completed. I goofed! I did not make the call. I then received a communication from a representative at Brunswick Companies. The renewal had not been completed. So she got on the ball and straightened out the process and I got my policy an short order. Thank you to Brunswick representatives who are very, very dedicated and helpful.
