Marsh & Parsons dreadful misrepresentation
Marsh and Parsons, Church Street, Kensington Church Street. Appalling and does nothing to enhance the reputation of estate agents. About the worst case of misrepresentation possible. I very recently asked M & P to market a property for me. I received a proposal for the property description to approve which seemed odd as it mentioned the place needed updating (just redecorated internally and externally, new carpets etc etc). I replied to the email, correcting the errors. No reply. Several days later I again asked if the changes had been made: a so called area manager emailed stating "the online details were being updated..and the these will appear online in a few hours" - clearly showing my email had been ignored and the property marketed without my knowledge or consent re the details. I asked to be emailed the link, when I opened it, the photographs were from years ago (no idea where from) - bearing no resemblance to the property currently - which would completely confuse a viewer - and the floor plan had major omissions and errors. All this was being advertised without my knowledge or consent. Rather than investigate and correct matters Parys Krobo (in this matter, a clearly over promoted area manager, which speaks volumes) took the property off the market, rather than correct matters and take responsibility for the mess). The most unprofessional and dodgy marketing of a property I have ever witnessed. Avoid this firm at all costs. Even their reply dodges their unprofessional methods.
