Ring your bank !
Sorry for the staff but the worst company I've ever come across but I just wanted to pass on the advice I was given and which worked for me basically being owed around £300 since October and after sending/receiving numerous txts I noticed among these reviews a comment about contacting your bank and claiming back the direct debits you paid, so I did exactly that contacted bank explained I was owed this money and the bank refunded me £240 in 48hrs no messing just ask to have your direct debits repaid it worked for me hope this helps the numerous others in the same situation
