I want to alert others — Southall Travel has taken payment twice from my bank account for the same booking. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. If you’re considering booking with them, please be cautious. I strongly advise against using Southall Travel until this issue is resolved properly. I have already raised the concern and expect a prompt refund. This kind of service is unacceptable.
