Good Company to deal with
The ordering process was easy, my only fault being it wasn’t made clear about the delivery cost as in I wanted the premium delivery (unpack new sofa and take recycling away) but even tho I’d added that to my basket the £30 compulsory delivery charge was still added on so I was advised by the company when I contacted them to take off the premium amount, pay the £30 then speak to the drivers/delivery guys when they got here and offer them £20 cash which is what I did… The wait time between ordering and receiving (20 days) seemed a long wait and the early morning delivery (7am) was a bit inconvenient but I love the new sofa and it was an amazing price thank you.
