She consistently updated me with the progress even if there were hurdles encountered before completion. She’s very helpful and patient in answering my questions no matter how silly it may seem. Also, the home conveyancing website where I could see the progress of my home-buying process was very handy. It was a good tool to personally track the progress. It was a very good experience for me. In the future, I would definitely use their service again. I’m so lucky my case was assigned to her because initially I was assigned to someone else who’s apparently on a holiday when I phoned them to pay for the initial payment. The named solicitor in the website was changed twice so I was a bit lost at first but it ended well.
