Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. They stated on their website when the chair was ordered on the 10th April 2025 it was available for next day dispatch. After waiting a week I contacted customer services who said it was still being prepared. I therefore asked them to cancel the order as I had a new chair elsewhere as I needed it to work from home. They still dispatched the order even after I told them I wanted to cancel it. It arrived today in a damaged and open box. I would have rejected the delivery, but DPD didn’t knock they left the chair and run.
