Customer service doesn't exist
I booked a showroom visit with Project timber, having booked and confirmed they had on display what I was looking for I made the 4 hour round trip. Unfortunately the showroom didn't have on display what I was after. I was hoping to discuss and place my order the same day but I was informed my quotation would be supplied via email, this email never came. I chased this quote for two days with no one answering the phones. Following this I decided to read the reviews regarding this company and saw similar experiences. I made the decision to take my business elsewhere, do your research before investing in this company.
