I give 1 star only because I cannot give zero. As many reviewers before me have written the same: the company tricks in customers with interesting offers (e.g. cream for half the price of the price buying at pharmacy) just to send you a message AFTER PAYING that the product cannot be delivered as it is not on stock at all - something which they definitely should know very well themselves. You are then left with the rest of the order, usually only done to avoid (the very high) shipping costs. When I want to cancel my order they say they have already shipped the rest of the products and I can cancel only when I have the return posting at my own (high) cost. I will never order from here again. I am adamant to initiate customer protection process against them ( = make a complaint) for which I have asked them for the name & contact of their supervisory authority. Well, they simply do not provide me with it despite my repeated request, probably thinking that this way they might block customers exercising their rights. In this assumption they are mistaken.
