Horrible quality to match their customer service
I was completely disappointed by what I received. I ordered five pictures without frames and the quality was worse than had I ordered prints at CVS for $1/print. Two photos had visible lines through my daughter’s face and the pixelation of the photos was horrible. I was so upset as this was my Christmas gift to myself and I spent money hoping to have quality photos to display of my daughter and I. I contacted customer service with videos and pictures of each photo and was told that due to their policy they would be unable to refund me for any of these pictures. That is baffling and speaks loudly to the type of company that they are. Taking advantage of people and putting out poor quality. If this was a one off complaint then any reasonable business owner would do right by their customers and give them the opportunity for a refund or reprint at the very least. I will never order from this company again and would caution anyone else to.
