Sale & Purchase in Coventry
We are currently in the process of buying and selling our property with no chain. We are now on month 4 with no indication of how long we have left. From the start the communication has been non existent, we have been spoken to in such a rude manner, given no updates unless we call ourselves in which when we do call we are spoken to like we are stupid. We are have been waiting for enquiries to come back for weeks and even months now & when we call to chase we just get told no updates. They have no urgency and it feels like they want the sale and purchase to fall through. We are extremely stressed from the whole experience and have no trust in the sale and purchase even happening anymore. Avoid at all costs
