Excellent Customer Service Mio
Mio was great . I was so nervous and have been waiting for reply. Then I got an email from Mio and replied back with couple of concerning question and straight away I received a phone call from Mr Mio and had answered all the questions to my inquiries and assured me that the Team is working on it and will get back with an answer or with a new booking. Mr Mio thank you . I was getting nervous because I couldn’t afford to change my booking or for it to be canceled. Now I can rest knowing that the Paylater Travel team is working on it.
