Search filters greatly improved.
A long time ago, I raised an issue re Homewise properties appearing as retirement homes when in fact Homewise is a shared ownership buying scheme for older purchasers. None of the Homewise properties were actually designed or intended as being suited for Retirement. Recently, I found that the search filters now allow me to exclude ‘Buying Schemes’ so I no longer see those properties. Well done Rightmove.
