QUALITÄT UND SERVICE

Ventil für Sandfilteranlage das 2. Mal nach einem Jahr in Gebrauch reklamiert, da durch verrostete Schrauben der Deckel undicht war. Reklamation letztes Jahr ohne Probleme und Deckel umgehend umgetauscht. Dieses Jahr das gleiche Problem. Kundenservice nur noch online möglich. Man wird nur hingehalten und mit ständig neuen Fragen bei Laune gehalten. Kostet nur Nerven und Zeit. Man sollte doch die Bewertungen ernst nehmen. Jetzt sind wir schlauer. Fazit - Hände weg !
