DID ANACONDA COME TO THE PARTY AFTER SENDING DUD GOODS? The answer is YES. I was contacted within 24hrs, given an apology and an option of replacement or refund. As they had no other stock I got a full refund by returning the gimble to the store at Mile End. Here is the sweetener. The girl at the counter checked their floor stock and Anaconda had a brand new sealed box in stock. So I bought that. So now I am a happy customer. Well done customer service Anaconda. Original complaint resolved. I have received a used insta360 Flow smartphone stabiliser bought from Anaconda.The box arrived unsealed, the gimble has finger prints on it. The box that holds the cable is missing so that the cable and phone clamp were loose and rattling around in the package. The protective hand grip is missing and the pouch is missing
