I ordered a case of wine at the beginning January 2021, for my wife’s birthday at the end of January there was an issue with delivery hence I cancelled the order. At the end of February the wine was delivered I contacted the company to inform them it was no longer required they agreed to collect it, instead they took the full £72.90 payment from my bank, I contacted them again and they offered me a £25 discount to keep it that discount was not given when i asked about the discount they said they would only be taking £47.90 from my account instead of £72.90, I informed them i had already paid, they asked me to prove it with my bank receipt which i did, they had no record of my payment, I had to cancel my bank card to stop them taking more money from my account, I’ve not heard anything from them and still not received the £25 discount. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST THIS COMPANY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
