Amazing service
Amazing service. Appointment was made promptly, and emails around this responded to in excellent time frame. Had a teams appointment booked with Charlotte and unfortunately I had technical issues, however Charlotte quickly and effectively came up with a solution and no time was wasted. As for the advice give by Charlotte within the appointment - amazing! I found out so much more in 30 minutes than I had in months from a different company. She really knows her stuff, took lots of information in from me within a short space of time, and came up with advice as to what steps I should take next. She answered all of my questions clearly, and I felt confident after speaking to her. I would HIGHLY recommend Charlotte and would not hesitate to use her again. I owe her a huge thank you for all of her help.
