Student Support are there to support us - don't hesitate on contacting them
Although my need to contact Student Support has been fairly minimal, on the occasions I have had to contact them, they have been extremely helpful and replied well within their KPI of responding within a certain time. I have absolutely no issues with Student Support and glad to know that they are there if needed to support me.
