Adelaide Cancellation
Booked for 4 nights in Adelaide. From the 10 th to the 14th . Was a good rate with parking . We have had to cancel as now both have serious flu and our doctor will not recommend us to fly. Been trying to cancel this and get a refund for two days now it’s $1070 not something I’d just throw away . We have sent the correct cancel and refund request attached a doctors certificate saying we can’t fly. They have requested the doctor s certificate 3 times now and the booking is still showing as confirmed not cancel. As well as having to miss our daughters baby shower for our first c Grandchild we now have the added stress of trying to get our money back. The booking is for tomorrow. The flights, car rental and parking at the air port have all been refunded with no fuss. I’d give you 0 stars as well communication and the lack of empathy is disgusting.
