Unfortunately, we are unable to leave true a review as the goods still have not arrived and we have no idea when they will be with is. This is not down to Cat Mats UK but Yodel who are delivering the mats. We were advised by Yodel that the mats would be delivered on 29th April 2022 so we made sure the office was occupied. On 29th We received an email from yodel to advise were were drop off number 12 out of 128 that day so assumed an early delivery. We checked delivery on their tracking service at 11am and we were two drops away, so we remained in the office.We remained in the office until 7pm that evening and tracking still stated that we were still two drops away so we decided to call it a day and leave for home. On Sunday 1st May we received an email, advising that Yodel tried to deliver on Saturday 30th April and we were not in so they left a calling card. No such card was left ! We did not get any notification that a delivery would be made on 30th April 2022. We are now waiting for further information as to when the goods will arrive! VERY POOR SERVICE BY YODEL !
