Smooth process marred by delays in payment
The on line process of setting up the sale went well until it came to the day of the sale and handover. The process of transferring the money into my account did not go smoothly. I was told that the process could take up to 10 minutes when in reality it took almost 2 hours. There was a lot of wasted time. I was informed wrongly that the payment had been blocked by my bank when in fact it was the system used by the car buying group.
