Above and beyond expectations
I contacted Wessex water about a condition in my mortgage offer which required inspection of my sewage and drainage facilities. I didn’t have to wait very long to speak to somebody which was good, and they were very kind and helpful. Even though the request wasn’t a usual thing for them, An employee visited the house within a few days and provided the evidence needed to satisfy the requirement.
