Shocking service! Do NOT buy these scooters!!
We sent back a scooter to be repaired after only having it for three months. We got sent a replacement that had a broken clip and a loose mudguard. Arranged for this to go back and we're told it would be replaced again. Received the replacement only to open the box and find the exact same scooter in the box! It had not been repaired. The broken part had been removed and not replaced. All of the tools that go with the scooter were just thrown in the box on top of the scooter, not even in the designated box, which was also seperate. To add to this, the power bank was not in there either. The charging cable was, but no power bank! This after we were told a replacement would be sent and not the same defective one! I have never experienced such shoddy service! We paid £799 for the scooter when purchased, so not a cheap one either, only to experience this kind of ridiculous service!!! ***update - thank you to the customer service team that rectified the issue and ensured we got a replacement scooter the day after this review was posted.****
