We took 3 Jetpac connections packs for Indonesia. Installation was really smooth, connection is very good. However, one pack had a QR code that was not loading on our IPhone. We contacted the service desk and got immediate assistance from a person (JV), allowing us to solve the issue in a few minutes. Superb service, thanks Jetpac and JV
