No way to cancel once you subscribe!
I was foolish to trust all the good reviews and all the statements on their website about working with top companies. I should’ve done extra research before subscribing to their services. Turns out, the only way to cancel the subscription with them is to chat with their “customer service team”. Except this “team” always seems to be unavailable and even when their status says “We’ll be back in 2 hours”, they will not in fact, be back in 2 hours. I provided my email to get notified of a reply and sent them a separate email to no avail. I was trying to get in contact with a human being for days and no response whatsoever. I had to contact my bank to cancel my debit card and get a new one issued in the mail to prevent any future charges. This process gave me so much anxiety, lesson learned. I’m never one to write reviews but this process was made more complicated than it needed to be. You DO gain followers. But if they added an easier way to cancel or pause the subscription, situations like this would be avoided.
