Above and beyond good service
1. Free shipping. Shipped immediately, arrived in 1-2 days (I forget because I was out of town). 2. 100 dollars less than MSRP for Carta 2 3. Gave me an awesome sticker 4. They let me know about a possible issue with the Carta 2 herb atomizer getting an error message effecting 1-2% of units. I will look out for a firmware update to resolve this before buying it. Thanks again!
