Wow, less than useless.
Wow, absolutely useless, I do like the product to be fair, missed the delivery date, they used FED X, the courrier lied and sid no one at home, my house has full security and no attempt made, missed the supposed 2nd delivery so I contacted customer services who said Wait a bit longer, if it doesnt come get in contact again. Still nothing so made contact again, no help at all this time, checked tracking myself and it never left the depot. Its now been 12 days late, they stopped even replying until I started a cashback claim, the the email and say that it might take 3 months and if I cancel the clain they will get the order out :-) Once bitten etc. Avoid at all costs. Follow up. Holly contactedd me directly and resolved the issue in a speedy manner.
