Horrible First and last experience
Ordered a Red Velvet cake for my anniversary. The taste was so pathetic that it sort of spoiled the celebration. There was a wierd taste ( butter or some cheap oil) to it, so, all we did was take pictures, cut it and put it aside. Total waste of money. Delivery boy's behaviour was very unprofessional. He called up (my wife, the recipient of cake) and asked to share the "live location". I asked him that the address is clearly mentioned and has he not been to this area before? "Arey yaar aaya to hu par easy padega location se" was the reply i got. While taking Delivery, I checked the cake and asked him why there is no tag on the cake? "Sir woh merko nahi pata, mera kaam to cake dena hai" was his yet another rude response. In short, This was my first and definitely last order from Winni. Pathetic, unbearable taste and poor service for an expensive cake(999 for half kg).
