What an appalling customer service
What an appalling customer service. I have been waiting for 2 months for a refund- but not a single email was sent to me to apologise for the delay. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours on the phone - still waiting but no answer. 2 of my messages have not received any response. Worst - they have just cancelled my flight in May 2022. NEVER WILL I BOOK ANYTHING WITH SINGAPORE AIRLINES from now on. And pls don't always use Covid as an excuse. It's pathetic!
