Delays and No Response to Emails
On 26-04-2024, I ordered some stickers for my bike. As of now, I have not received them. According to the tracking information, the printing of the stickers was completed on 18-05-2024. However, by 23-05-2024, the tracking information still showed that the stickers had not been shipped. I sent an email and received a response that they would ship the next day, 24-05-2024, but they did not actually ship until 25-05-2024. While this delay was minor, the package was in Belgium on 03-06-2024 and remained there as of 12-06-2024. Finding this strange, I sent multiple emails to RideStick via their website form but received no response for over a week. I also contacted the delivery company, which responded promptly and started an investigation. Despite the investigation, I continued to receive no response from RideStick. Fortunately, I had paid with my credit card and was able to initiate a dispute to get my money back. It became clear that as soon as RideStick encountered problems, they stopped responding to my emails. Thanks to my credit card company, I was able to recover my money. This is my first and last time ordering from RideStick.
