Delivery was vague
Delivery was vague - I ordered a chair and 5 pairs of socks. After enquiring I was told the chair was being delivered the end of May. All that was delivered were the socks and still no news on the chair which I will have to chase for the 3rd time in the morning. However was asked to leave the review as my order is complete. I am short of an expensive chair atm - not happy !! In response to the Health and care review, I rang yesterday and was told the chair was being delivered today - its now 4.25pm and still no chair. Maybe it would helpful to supply a tracking number with the email so we can actually track the item, rather than having to keep chasing it by telephone.
