Was told I would receive the payment within 28 days. shock horror, no redress payment, not reply to emails and no response from “senior management” they don’t have the moral decency to reply to anything. Customer services fob you off! Constant delay tactics, “can’t contact said department or waiting for finance department ect ect blah blah blah. The usual S**t. they are quick enough to take your money but not so quick to pay it back. Looks like I’ll be spending £50 to get my money back through bailiffs and the high court. Absolute cowboys. Fingers crossed channel 5 take up the opportunity to film them for the new series of can’t pay take it away
