The worst customer service experience Unfriendly and disrespectful customer service should not be continued in the NZ. The representative swearing and slamming the door when he is pointed out that he gave a key for the car that is not there. Poor English of the employees created a lot of miscommunication and mistakes. No apologies were offered from the management
