Wrong decking no contact/customer service…
Ordered reversible decking as needed reeded deck boards so paid slightly more for the rest of my materials as these had the boards I needed. Turned up not reeded or reversible just grooved and smooth…after multiple phone calls was told they will collect and source the correct decking boards! Collected the incorrect decking boards last week but still no date or sign of the correct ones although still advertised as available on their website! Went on their chat system to get an update and chase, only to wait over 30 minutes for a response, after I had already been talking to a representative. When sent a couple of questions after 30 minutes their advisor told me they had a high volume of calls and chats so expect a delay. Finally after a lot of back and forth got told it had been passed to a manager who would call me back the same day, here we are 5 o clock no call and I presume another day of chasing tomorrow. Horrendous customer service now they’ve got my money and the products back not bothered about rectifying the issue! Update 16/09 Still no decking boards or refund having to chase again got told 03/09 that I would get a call back from a manager same day nearly 2 weeks later I have to ring them to chase again and no manager available still. (Decking boards still advertised as available on their website)
