Account got deactivated/Found earlier test myself
Having issues with the site. I couldn't change my search preferences as it is saying there is an error with the reference number and it needs to be numbers only (which it is). I then went to retype the same reference number in again to try fix this and it's now saying my account is expired and I need to pay again. I can't fill out the customer service form on the site as it says I need to log in to do so but I can't log in until I repay £18. Can't review properly as my account has expired and I haven't been able to use the service. Not sure who to contact as I don't want to have to pay again just to get in touch. UPDATE: My account was reactivated however I was able to find an earlier test myself for next week for my chosen test centre. Driving Test Cancellations 4 all did not notify me that these test were available despite my settings being earlier available date. Not sure if I can recommend service as they didn't give me any test dates despite there being at least 5 for next week that appeared today.
