Zamplebox does not have an option to change flavors. They sent flavors that turned out to be flavors that I really disliked. So I cancelled that order after they sent it. Then they sent it again the next month! Really???? $33 for something that tastes disgusting, a second time? When I called "Customer Service", I was basically told TOO BAD! After I told her second time that they sent me the wrong order. It was as if she had not heard a thing I said at all! When, out of frustration, I said cancell both orders, she hung up on me. I simply wanted to know if she did indeed cancel both orders as requested. I have been put on permanent hangup. This is not how to run legit business!
