Absolutely unacceptable customer service – no response for termination request
I have been trying to terminate my Lycamobile pay-monthly service since 1 April 2025, and despite providing all the requested information multiple times, I still have not received a proper response or confirmation. I emailed their support team on 7 April with all the details they asked for (proof of identity, billing address, last payment, etc.), but after more than a week and several follow-up emails, no one has replied. This is completely unprofessional, especially when they insist on a 30-day notice period. How can the notice period even begin if they ignore customer emails? I’ve now had to escalate the issue and consider contacting the ombudsman. Lycamobile’s handling of this situation is frustrating, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
