With his knowledgeable advice on all the pitfalls of the LA County moratorium, he was able to prepare a thorough 3-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit and advise us on how to properly serve the notice. The tenant moved out within 2 weeks after serving the notice. Throughout the process, David was patient and willing to take some extra time to educate us on all the particulars of the county and city eviction laws and processes.
