Certainly NOT Award Winning Customer Service!
I have been with Heart Internet for many years, but as soon as I can retrieve my account I will be leaving them. The Customer Service level is appalling. I run a business and I am without any access to my emails and I have received no response from my 'Ticket'. They offer a Live Chat and an Email request on their website, neither work! Customer loyalty seems to be zero. Really not sure what the award winning was for but it certainly wasn't CS!
