I've purchased several items from the Knoxville TN store in recent years. I went to purchase some living room furniture that's posted online only to get there and they tell me it's not available but could possible be shipped from another store to call back next week to see if a truck had come in. I called and Brittany that answered the phone was exceptionally rude and told me it would be 2-4 weeks for another truck and the don't do store to store and if they did make an exception for that it would be next month. I asked for the mgr and he was just as dry and unaccommodating. This store is going to lose a lot more business if they don't offer what they advertise and keep being rude to customers. My money is green and spends the same as everybody else's!!!
